Maple has a strong foundation provided by two industry stalwarts – Anil and Smita Raikundlia. With a collective experience of more than 3 decades in the sphere of human resource management, we have a unique and in-depth understanding of the complexities of HR operations.

With a knack for understanding people’s abilities and limitations of most HR solutions, Anil started Maple Consulting & Services to provide his expertise in pragmatic problem-solving to companies dealing with HR predicaments. His focus on long-term strategies of his clients along with a penchant for team-building has helped many a client rejuvenate and creatively solve their HR problems. An independent thinker and team player, Anil has a proven track record of driving remarkable results.
Anil has worked across various verticals in industries like manufacturing, IT, BPO, KPO, analytics/research. He also has been associated with Fortune 100 companies.
His experience ranges from organization design to talent acquisition (del comma) and management.
His skills spectrum motivated him to form Maple Consulting and Services to help companies bring talent management in tandem with business requirements thereby accentuating their enterprise architecture.
Through Maple, his endeavour is to build long-term value while focusing on the most basic resource a company has – it’s people.
Anil holds a Diploma in Business Management and has played competitive badminton.
An integral part of Maple, Smita Raikundlia has 14 years of experience in hiring and executive search.
She has been a part of companies like Shilputsi, Proctor, and Busisol and has excellent industry contacts and a knack for identifying the right candidate suited for a role.
Dedicated and result driven, she is exceptional at closing positions globally and has a proven track record of managing key accounts and ensuring profitability. Her proficiency in providing customized manpower solutions combined with her outstanding networking capability benefit both clients as well as candidates.
Smita holds a Post-graduate Degree in Business Management from K.J. Somaiya, specialization in Marketing and Human Resources. Her other interests include dancing and reading.
